Café Ruisseau
- Located near the center of campus just off our main parking entrance, the Café Ruisseau crew is ready to whip up your favorite caffeinated brew! The coffee cart, with comfy seating perfect for a quick catch up with friends or a long work session, is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM to with coffee, tea and pastry options.

Tocaya Organica
- Located on the west side of campus, Tocaya Organica serves 'Modern Organic Mexican' cuisine by using the highest quality ingredients paired with bold flavors. They offer salads, tacos, bowls, and burritos - serving them in a sophisticated yet accessible fast casual setting. Their versatile menu is rooted in traditional Mexican recipes, naturally accommodating a variety of preferences including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.

Fitness Gym
- Located at 12150 Millennium (Parking Structure), the facility is state of the art, complete with aerobics exercise room. Men's and women's locker rooms are provided.
- To accommodate all users, there is a strict locking procedure in place: Lock and Use. You may lock your valuables up while enjoying the gym however, no lock may be left on any locker if you are not actively using the facility. Reserving a locker and overnight use is not permitted. Lock and Use is strictly enforced. Locks found to be in non-compliance are subject to removal and disposal.
- The property provides both men's and women's showers, located in the property gym located on the ground level of the parking structure, to accommodate those individuals taking advantage of traffic mitigation activity (cycling, walking or running) to get to work.
- All users must submit a signed i|o Gym Access - Release of Liability Form to the Building Management Office prior to using the gym facilities. Once your signed agreement is approved, gym access will be added to your building Kastle card / fob.
EV Charging Stations
- i|o's EV Charging Stations are powered by EV Connect (http://evconnect.com).
- Charging is $1.00/hour for the first (3) hours. We ask all users to relocate their vehicle after charging is complete, or within (3) hours - whichever comes first. This is incentivized as charging rates increase to $5.00/hour after 3 hours (with a 30-minute grace period).
- To sign up for access, create an account through EV Connect's website or app. Upon sign-up, please allow up to (1) business day for EV Connect to authorize the account, after which the user will receive a notification that the account is active. Once the individual's account is active, he / she is able to search i|o's charging stations to see which are in use and which are available.
Courtyard Recreation / Amenities
- Take a metal break and relax on one of our hammocks in the grassy area on the east side of the courtyard.
- Want to have a staff cookout or enjoy a meeting outdoors? Reach out to the Building Management Office to request use of our BBQs or firepits, also located on the east side of our courtyard.
As a tenant at i|o, you are also welcome and encouraged to enjoy the various exciting events coordinated by The Campus at Playa Vista! The Campus arranges events throughout the year, including outdoor movie screenings, yoga and circuit trainings, concerts, free lunches / breakfasts and more!
